Apps such as Smiling Mind or Headspace can guide you through mindfulness exercises. There are a lot of Apps and videos on YouTube out there, just keep trying them until you find one that works for you.
- Sleep and Nutrition: Ensuring you get enough sleep and eating a balanced diet can significantly impact a person’s propensity to have panic attacks. Try reducing caffeine and alcohol, and maintain a consistent sleep routine to support your mental health.
