Life can bring a long list of challenges that can sometimes feel overwhelming. Whether you’re facing persistent worries, low mood, attention difficulties, or other mental health issues, finding support can be the first step toward feeling better.

On each page, I briefly describe each issue and some of the resources available to help you get support with the mental health issue (aside from seeing me, of course!).
