The demands of a high-pressure career, running or business or entrepreneurship can sometimes come with stress, self-doubt, or persistent worry that becomes difficult to manage. You might be surprised to see so many different challenges listed. The reality is that all psychological difficulties include some degree of difficulty with anxiety. I go through how anxiety relates to the challenges within each page.
